Can I call for Individual ports to be tested?

Absolutely! We'd be happy to help troubleshoot your network issues. Our callout fee starts at £90, and any additional work needed to rectify specific ports would be an additional £75 for upto 5 ports. We'll always provide a clear breakdown of costs before proceeding with any repairs

If any of the ports are faulty do you rectify?

Yes, we can rectify the faulty ports. This is not included in the price. Additional price would need to added to the original quotation for any rectification.

Are the parts included in the price?

Unfortunately no. All parts are chargeable.

Do we get the results of the tested ports?

Yes. We will send you all the test results via email in pdf or csv format. This will show test pass, fail or even a maginal pass.
